Ayotunde Adebayo has over 32 years of experience in manpower development. He is versed in using and optimising computing tools in training sessions. He is a Certified Customer Service Strategy Consultant with a focus on organisational development and Action Learning. He has trained extensively in IT, biometrics, due diligence, HR Best practices, performance management, governance, marketing, leadership, sales, strategy, and business management, and has attended workshops in several countries in Europe & Africa/Middle East.
He has led, developed and delivered several training courses covering CIT, leadership, marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork and organisational efficiency.
He has published several articles in business and academic journals. Ayotunde has a PhD, and he is a professor at the University of Lagos.
