Pedetin Rebecca Owodunni is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Technology and Vocational Education, Business Education Unit, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Nigeria, where she has served since August 2021, having previously held the position of Graduate Assistant at the same institution from 2018 to 2021. She holds a Master of Education in Business Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education — First Class Honours — both from the University of Lagos, as well as a Nigeria Certificate in Education in Business Education with Distinction from the Federal College of Education, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Education at the University of Lagos.

A recipient of multiple academic honours, she was awarded the Faculty of Education Dean’s Prize, the Department of Arts and Social Sciences Education HOD’s Prize, and the Prof. Aliu Babatunde Fafunwa Educational Foundation Prize — all for the 2014/2015 session — in addition to the Best Graduating Student (Overall) and Best Student in Secretarial Education awards from her NCE institution in 2010/2011.

Her research interests encompass 21st-century skills and technology in classroom instruction, entrepreneurship education, office technology and management, and bridging instructional practices between developed and developing countries.

She has published in both national and international peer-reviewed journals, including EduLine: Journal of Education and Learning Innovation and the Journal of Interdisciplinary Research in Education and Technology, and has contributed a book chapter to an edited volume on digital transformation in education published by the University of Lagos Press and Bookshop Ltd.

She is a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and the Association of Behavioral Research Analysts and Psychometricians (AB-ReAP), and currently serves as Course Adviser and member of several departmental committees at the University of Lagos.
