Dr. Nojeem Adeniyi Ishola is an Associate Professor in the Department of Technology and Vocational Education (formerly Arts and Social Sciences Education), Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Nigeria, where he specialises in Business Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Education from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye(2015), a Master of Education in Business Education from the University of Benin, Benin City (2003), a Bachelor of Science in Education (Business Education — Accounting), also from the University of Benin (1995), and a Nigeria Certificate in Education in Business Education (Accounting) from the Federal College of Education, Kontagora, Niger State (1990). He has over two decades of teaching experience spanning college and university levels, having previously served as a Lecturer I at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto-Ijanikin, Lagos, from 1999 to 2010, before joining the University of Lagos. His research interests encompass entrepreneurship education, business education curriculum and funding, ICT integration in instructional delivery, financial accounting pedagogy, and sustainable development. He has published extensively in both national and international peer-reviewed journals — including journals published in South Africa, Egypt, Zambia, and Uganda — contributed a book chapter to an edited volume by the Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, and presented papers at national and international conferences, including an international conference in Cotonou, Republic of Benin. He currently serves as Head of the Business Education Unit, Course Adviser, and member of several committees including the Accreditation Committee, Examination Committee, and Journal Publication Committee at the University of Lagos, and has supervised over 35 postgraduate students at the Master’s level.
