Dr. Motunrayo Ajoke Adeosun is a Lecturer in the field of Adult Education, with specialization in Women Education, Manpower Training, and Development. She is a dedicated scholar, researcher, and educator whose academic career is centered on advancing knowledge and practice in Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, and Human Resource Development.

Dr. Adeosun’s research interests encompass Adult Education and Lifelong Learning, Women Education and Gender Studies, Work–Life Balance and Job Performance, Skills Development and Employability, Entrepreneurship Education, Community and Environmental Education, and ICT-Driven Learning in Adult Education. Her scholarly work focuses on addressing contemporary educational and developmental challenges through evidence-based research and innovative educational practices.

As an academic, she is actively involved in teaching, research, student mentorship, and community service.
