Personal Statement
Dr. J. A. Esan obtained his N.C.E., B.Sc.(Hons)Ed Degree in Physical Education in 1984, M.Ed in Exercise Physiology in 1986 from University of Lagos.
He earned Ph.D degree in Exercise Physiology from University of Ibadan in 2009.
An accomplished Associate Professor in exercise physiology with extensive teaching, research, supervision, and community service experience in higher education.
His research interest is in the area of Circuit Strength Training and Body Composition.
He is a member of the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sports and Dance (ICHPER-SD).
He is a member of Nigeria Association of Sports Science and Medicine (NASSM).
He has written journal articles and presented Conference papers in the area of Exercise Physiology.
He is married and blessed with children.
