Dr. Olusegun Ezekiel Alao

Olusegun Ezekiel Alao, Ph.D. is a Business Education lecturer at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with both academic and professional trainings and qualifications. He has been engaging in capacity building of tertiary institution students for workplace proficiency, entrepreneurial empowerment and societal sustainability through experiential pedagogies and impactful instruction. Olusegun is a professional member of the National Business Education Association (NBEA), USA; a professional member of the Association of Vocational and Technical Educators of Nigeria (AVTEN); a professional member of the Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN); a certified member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and qualified member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). He is also a member of African Network of Social Entrepreneurship Scholars (ANSES) based in the University of Pretoria, South-Africa. Olusegun has published in both local and international academic Journals. Research interests of Olusegun include Curriculum and Instruction in Business Education, Vocational Education, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Human Resource Management, and Information Technology.
