Personal Statement
Prof. Monday Bassey Ubangha, born November 3, 1965 in Idomi, Cross River State, is a distinguished academic at the University of Lagos. He holds NCE, B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees in Education-related fields. Joining UNILAG in 1998 as Lecturer II, he became Professor in 2016. He served as Dean, Faculty of Education (2018–2022), teaches Counselling, Educational Psychology, Measurement and Evaluation and Quantitative Research Methods. He consults for various institutions and is married with children.
