I am a seasoned academic, a Senior Lecturer in Sociology of Education with a strong passion for fostering effective students-teacher relationships and employees’ peaceful co-existence in the workplace. I have worked extensively on home-school relations in enhancing learners’ educational outcomes for societal workforce development. Research studies on social problems in education also constitute my area of research interests. I collaborate with organizations both within Nigeria and internationally for best delivery in my field. I have actively contributed to professional development through training programmes, seminars, and workshops for educators/academics, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of educators. My passionate vision is to help build a society where quality education, quality societal workforce, healthy interpersonal relationships/interactions within the social space, including the home and the school, thrive. I have published widely in reputable journals both locally and internationally.   I have supervised more than seventy (70) postgraduate students and over one hundred and thirty (130) undergraduate research projects.
