Dr. Ernest Ochuko Okpako is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations with specialization in Educational Psychology. He holds a Ph.D. in Counselling and Developmental Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His teaching and research interests span educational psychology, adolescent development, mental health, counselling, psychosocial well-being, and substance abuse prevention. Dr. Okpako has published extensively in reputable academic journals and is dedicated to advancing research, teaching, and evidence-based interventions that promote positive educational and psychological outcomes.
